About Ava

Hello! My name is Ava and I am a recent graduate, excited to get back to working with some new little buddies! Education is my passion I have been working with children for the better part of my life, doing so professionally in some capacity for nearly a decade. I have worked with children ages 0-13, with various needs including ASD, George's Syndrome, blindness, deafness, and muscular dystrophy. My experience includes traditional early childhood teaching, non-traditional early childhood instruction, years of camp counseling, babysitting, over 3 years of coaching Pre-K gymnastics and dance, and over 4 years of nannying. I'm positive, energetic, patient and find it easy to connect with children (especially as they navigate big and new feelings!) I would love to work with a family that values education and emotional development, as those are always my focus when interacting with children of any age. I look forward to helping out your family!
