Ava is amazing. She's been with both of my children since they were 3 months old (my daughter is now 2.5 and son is 11 months). My children absolutely adore her. She's professional, super reliable, flexible, creative and literally has the most patience of anyone I've ever met. I've never felt worried about my children's well being or safety. My kids are always doing activities and getting together with other neighborhood kiddos. I could go on and on. We've had the best experience with her and are sad to have to part ways. I honestly don't have suggestions for improvement or criticism.
