About Ava

Experience: Hello! For a year, I volunteered several times with "Adopt a Grandparent", where I visited Assisted Living and Elderly Homes, usually the memory care center. I would spend hours speaking with, sitting next to, singing to/with, and keeping company with them, even if we could not communicate perfectly. Skills: I hope I can be of some help to you as well! I have experience driving others, running errands, grocery shopping, basic cleaning, babysitting, making meals for myself, laundry, etc. I have not washed or dressed an adult before, but I am perfectly willing. I am known to be patient, respectful, polite, friendly, and timely. I am not extremely talkative, but I care genuinely, and I love to listen.
