Hi, I'm Ava! I'm a warm, energetic, and dependable childcare provider with 4 years of nannying experience, 2+ years of working with children through dance, and experience as an occasional babysitter for multiple families. My approach to nannying goes beyond simply keeping children entertained. I love creating a balance of structure, creativity, independence, and fun while making each child feel genuinely seen and cared for. I'm big on getting outside, imaginative play, reading, age-appropriate activities, and creating routines that make their day feel special. I'm also happy to help make your family's schedule easier - including school pick-ups and drop-offs, driving to extracurricular activities, playdates, errands, children's meals, and light household cleaning/organization. I have a screen-time-conscious approach and believe screens should be intentional and age-appropriate rather than the default activity. My goal is to encourage kids to play, explore, create, and be present.
