About Ava

My name is Ava , and I'm a sophomore college student studying Economics in the Honors College! I am extremely comfortable working with kids of all ages and abilities. For the past three summers, I've worked as a counselor at Silver Beach, where I supervised and cared for children ages 7-16. In addition to counseling, I spent my days there working as a lifeguard and boat driver. Outside of summer camp, I have experience as a private swim instructor, holding one-on-one sessions with children ages 3-10. Helping them build confidence in the water and improve swimming abilities. In addition to more official jobs I have also provided babysitting services for families in my hometown. I have reliable transportation and am up to date on all certifications (Pediatric and Adult CPR & First Aid) through June 2027.
