About Auvonnie

*On maternity leave, not currently taking jobs :)* I began babysitting with CARE during college, where I obtained a B. S in Exercise Science from Ithaca College. Shortly after, I relocated to NC to attended Duke University and UNCG for graduate school, where I became a full-time nanny and continued to babysit occasionally. I have experience caring for ages 2 mo - 14 yo, I am also an academic tutor for ages 7-18yo. I've worked at a daycare center for 4 years, and I am the eldest of 4 siblings and 16 grandchildren. My passion for childcare development is evident in both my career work and relationships I've built with each family. I would describe myself as an attentive, punctual, yet open, and caring caregiver! I enjoy exercising, traveling, community outreach, spending time with my dog, and music!
