Hi there! My name is Autumn, and I'm an incredibly outgoing, friendly, and compassionate caregiver with both personal and professional experience supporting individuals with special needs. I come from a neurodiverse family and have spent much of my life around ADHD and autism--including growing up alongside family members who are autistic. That deep personal connection inspired me to work professionally in a school specifically for autistic children, where I supported students with a wide range of needs, communication styles, and behaviors. I understand that every person is unique and that patience, creativity, and consistency are key.
