About Autumn

I am currently a student at the University of Minnesota Crookston, and am home for summer. I am majoring in elementary education and early childhood education as well as a minor in humanities. I also play soccer for the university! Bringing joy to children's lives and offering peace of mind to families are my passions. My two years of daycare experience, with both infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and some past babysitting experience has solidified my desire to provide reliable care. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, so I build strong connections with kids. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, or their preferred method. I also assist with cooking, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I have First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework.
