About Autumn

My journey in childcare spans over 8 years and encompasses both close family care and broader community support. The foundation of my experience began in my childhood home, where I gained valuable hands-on training alongside my mother in her licensed childcare business. This early exposure taught me the fundamentals of child development, and the importance of creating structured yet nurturing environments. My most significant and ongoing role has been as a primary caregiver to my young cousin over the past eight years. This position has required me to take on responsibilities including : daily care routines, developmental activities, behavioral guidance, meal preparation, and extracurricular activities. My experience extends beyond childcare through my work in elderly care, which has enhanced my ability to provide compassionate patient care. This experience has strengthened my skills in creating safe environments, and maintaining dignity and respect in caregiving relationships
