About Autumn

Hi! I'm 29 and based in Brooklyn, with years of experience as a nanny and childcare professional. I previously worked with Nanny by Design and have cared for children from infancy through middle school age, including families with one to five children. I've also worked in preschools and K-12 school settings, which has given me a strong foundation in child development and age-appropriate care. I'm knowledgeable in Montessori-inspired methods and enjoy encouraging independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning through play and exploration. I have experience working with families of all religions, cultures, and backgrounds, and I value creating an inclusive, respectful environment. I'm CPR certified (including infant and toddler CPR) and known for being calm, dependable, and attentive. I'm comfortable with daily routines, school schedules, homework help, creative activities, and bedtime routines, and I strive to be a warm, supportive presence for both children and parents.
