About Autumn

Hi! I've always loved working with kids and getting to know their unique personalities! I'm patient, compassionate, dependable, and easygoing, but I also love being goofy, creative, and having fun. Whether we're doing arts and crafts, playing outside, going on adventures, or using our imaginations, I embrace all the emotions a child can bring :) I am a LCSWA therapist and have a bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Studies; Health & Society and a Master of Social Work. I have experience working with children of all ages as a former full-time nanny and assistant teacher! My background in childcare, education, and mental health has given me a strong understanding of child development. I believe in creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves while encouraging independence and balancing fun with structure. I understand how much trust goes into choosing someone to care for your children, and I'd love to get to know your family!
