She is not engaging or understanding of toddlers and their needs. Her profile is very deceptive in terms of her experience, and doesn’t communicate with honesty when you ask for updates. She did hardly any activities with our son, preferred to have the TV on as entertainment, and thought it appropriate to advise us that we should discipline our newly 2 year old more because he fought a nap. Advice we certainly did not ask for, nor is it appropriate. She may be fine as a sitter but not a nanny.
