I have found that in order to fully relax and have a clear mind it is essential to have a tidy home. I am extremely detail oriented. For example, I love to help clients declutter and then place everything back in an easy and convenient location. If needed I can find inexpensive storage solutions and help the client create a routine to allow them to maintain the space. Everything feels better when it is in its own place. I know it can be very difficult to get rid of things which is why my background in psychology and neuroscience I can help ease this difficult process by offering therapeutic support. After systems have been created I help maintain the space. I am also able to assist with grocery shopping, healthy meal prep, and other errands or chores. I can help you be comfortable and enjoy your home again!
