About Autumn

Hello! I have 8 yrs of Nanny experience. I specialize in infants & toddlers. My goal is to create an environment where your children feel safe, and loved while continuing to learn and grow. I'm very hands on, Working with each child's specific developmental needs. I understand how important good communication is, as kids thrive on consistency from caregivers and parents, we are a team! I discourage kids having screen time. I am a big advocate for being out side and in nature as much as possible. I love to plan play dates and adventures out, parks, hiking trails, splash pads, the library, zoo and museums. As well as at home activities like baking, yoga, gardening and crafts. I am very optimistic, and positive. I love celebrating and embracing different cultures. I have an 18 month daughter who would come to work with me, she has came to work with me with my previous nanny family since she was born, she very go with the flow and social. I'm looking for another long term position.
