Autumn has been our nanny for the past 6 months and in that short timeframe has truly become a part of our family. She watches our now 1yo full time and our 4yo on days he does not have school and pre and post school otherwise. She cares for them with patience, love, thoughtfulness, and creativity and they both adore her. She is reliable and punctual (even despite snowstorms!), and on the rare occasion something unexpected has come up, always notifies us right away as soon as it does. Autumn has taken the time to really get to know our children and understand them, meets them where they are at developmentally, and engages them in fun activities both inside and outside our home. She is also a responsible driver who helps us with drop offs and pick ups. She keeps me updated throughout the day. We are relocating and are incredibly sad that she can’t come with us. She is amazing, and I am available as a reference to anyone who has more questions!
