About Autumn

I have been an assistant teacher in a Montessori classroom for the last two and a half years specializing in our toddler program. I have doing some sort of child care since high school and have enjoyed it immensely. I love to encourage curiosity and allow children to work out their challenges by themselves, stepping in when needed. I love to cook, knit, draw and paint, go on adventures, and being able to share those skills with little ones brings me immense joy. Children often warm up quickly to me, as I talk to them with respect and with humor and whimsy. I have a car, love animals, am happy to help with household chores to keep your life moving.
