We had Autumn to watch our our two children ages 8 mo & 2.5 yrs. She was on time, communicated promptly & professionally leading up to our meeting. Our kids warmed up to her quickly and we felt confident leaving them with Autumn. We had expected to be looking for a long term candidate, but our current nanny ended up being able to stay with us. We would have have had no reservation hiring her - in fact, we were a little sad that we won't have a chance to work with her (not that we are unhappy with our current provider). Autumn has a great head on her shoulders and would be a great role model for your kids as well.
