About Autumn

I have 4 years of Nanny/Childcare experience, I specifically have experience with Infants-7-year-olds. I find children develop drastically among these ages and I want to help shape them to be their best selves. I understand the nurture infants/toddlers require, as I took Early Childhood Development (ECD) classes through high school and currently am enrolled in an ECD-Infant Toddler Career Studies Certificate. I additionally am educated in the purchased baby led weaning course through Solid Starts. Children thrive most with a routine, by encouraging a routine it implements a child's need to feel safe. I love encouraging good manners and will give gentle reminders of common courtesy. I find children excel with age appropriate activities. I do not engage children in screen time and find myself encouraging the outdoors for entertainment. I am also a people pleaser and pride myself in being helpful with light housekeeping/errands. Along with loving children, I am also an animal lover.
