My background includes some college education, along with current CPR and First Aid certifications. I'm skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes with patience and empathy. I understand the importance of building connections by truly understanding someone's preferences and history. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and offer light housekeeping. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular texts or calls, always following their preferred method. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me.
