I am patient, reliable and very comfortable working with kids! I have been babysitting for 8 years and worked in childcare for longer. For the past 2 years I have been working with 1st-5th graders as a Field Guide in an after school outdoor education program and I have worked two summers as a Childcare Assistant/One on One Aide at Mount Hermon Family Camp. I have an A. S. in ECE from Cabrillo College and and am familiar with the Educating/RIE method. I am looking for a job in the Infant to Pre-K range as I love observing and caring for the little ones and building my skill set towards my ECE career!

Autumn is punctual and a great communicator. She is intuitive to what babies need. She speaks to children respectfully and listens to them. If I communicate a value or boundary that I would like my kids to keep, she respects that and is willing to uphold it. My kids loved to laugh with her. Always lots of smiles.
