Autumn has babysat for our 3 children 4 and under several times over the past two months. She has been good at communicating with me and my kids really seem to like her! She does her "homework" and tries hard to learn how our family does things. I think she would make a great full-time nanny or drop-in sitter. She has followed instructions and been respectful of our home. She has a relaxed disposition and we will continue to use her when she is able, however she has had some recent schedule changes that make her a bit less available now!
