About Austin

I am a lifelong pet lover, and a very responsible and caring dog walker. I have experience volunteering at shelters and doing walking services in Los Angeles, and have just moved to New York and would love to help out with your pet care. I am a writer and make my own schedule so there is no chance of my services being interrupted by freelance work. I believe strongly in adapting to the needs of each dog, knowing 'dog language' so they know they are cared for, and pride myself on knowing if each individual dog prefers walks with brisk continuous exercise or more playful sniffing and exploring. I grew up with a Cocker spaniel, own a Pomeranian named Cookie Monster, but love all dogs.
