About Ausia
Experience: 6 yrs
I have more than 6 years of experience as a private nanny and preschool assistant. I have worked with many different families as a private nanny over the years. This led to a job shadow at a Waldorf preschool. I then created my own spring and summer break nature based preschool camps. During my pregnancy in 2021 I worked as a teacher's assistant at 'NatureCraft' summer preschool. I have many child care references, and I am registered with the Certified Background Registry. What I love most about working with young children is the opportunity to be playful, as well as knowing that they will benefit from the positive experiences they had at this age for the rest of their lives. I am currently completing my Associates of Arts transfer with the intention of getting a Masters of Arts in Teaching. My son is 4. 5 and will be attending preschool while I care for your children!

Ausia was really helpful with my 4 year old. She kept her fed and entertained all while doing household tasks as well. This really helped me feel supported as I took care of my newborn. Ausia is intuitive and picks up on what you need without having to ask, or a lot of explaining. Highly recommend!
