About Aurora

My only education currently is a high school diploma. My experience working with children has come mostly from my current job at a Kindercare childcare center in SE Portland. I've worked there since December of 2016. The age group I've worked mostly with while there is kids between 2 and 3 years old. However, I do occasionally work around kids younger and older than that. My job requires me to have my CPR/First Aid certification and food handlers card. I also am enrolled and current in Oregon's Central Background Registry which means I've been fingerprinted and have successfully passed a thorough background check. Last, on top of that, we are required to have completion of a Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect course as well as completion of an Introduction to Child Care Health and Safety course.
