I'd describe my personality as observant, organized, and caring. Childcare : I like working with kids because children are naturally imaginative, energetic, and present. I utilize positive discipline techniques and communication to build rapport with children. I believe children are incredibly capable communicators when we slow down to listen. Organization : I am a professional organizer. I have been naturally organized since I was a child, often organizing my friend's rooms or helping classmates de-clutter their school desks. I utilize my natural organizing skills and mentor training to navigate personalized organizing solutions that work best for each client. Mentoring & Strategic Planning : I am an Integration Mentor Student trained in The Four People within method.
