Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm dedicated to enhancing the lives of those I care for. I hold current CPR and First Aid Training certifications. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to connect with each individual by understanding their unique preferences and personal history. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with grace. I am also fluent in Chinese and English. I provide transportation, assist with errands and shopping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including verbal updates and written daily reports. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's day brings me immense joy.
