About Audrina

I worked at a certified childcare center for two years as a preschool teacher, and I also gained experience working in an infant room during high school. I am also a mom to an almost 5-year-old, which has given me an even deeper understanding of child development and the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. I truly enjoy working with children and believe love, learning, and laughter are very important for development. I have hands on experience planning and leading activities, reading books, singing songs, games, and helping children work through emotions and behavior. I am CPR and First Aid certified, enrolled in the Central Background Registry, and a Step 3 on the Oregon Registry Online, which is Oregon's professional development and credentialing system for early childhood educators. I believe that a child's early experiences, what they learn, and how they learn, have a lasting impact on their future growth, learning, and decision making.
