About Audrey

Hi! I'm Audrey, a 24-year-old caregiver who brings tons of energy, patience, and positivity to every family I work with. I love spending time with kids because they're little people with big feelings, and I genuinely enjoy helping them feel understood, supported, and excited to learn. I grew up on a farm surrounded by siblings and cousins, and later earned my Psychology degree with a Sociology minor from Appalachian State. My social work experience, including CPS work, has strengthened my understanding of child development and trauma-informed care. I believe in the power of knowledge and love sharing books, exploring nature, and encouraging curiosity and creativity. Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, hiking, painting, dancing, reading poetry, and caring for plants. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and I'm great with animals, including medically fragile pets. I'm passionate about helping kids feel safe and helping parents feel truly supported.
