I am a 42-year-old wife and mother to two children (ages 12 and 10) and have a Master's degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. With over 5 years of experience working professionally with children and families, and over 20 years of experience in childcare, I am hoping to find a family to work with in providing care in my East Grand Rapids home. As a former lead teacher in the infant room of a local daycare, my heart is in caring for infants and newborns; although I have experience and education working with all ages. With my own children in school full time, I am looking to open my home 2-3 days a week to one infant during daytime hours beginning this fall.
