About Audrey

Hi there! I'm Audrey - a calm, patient, and hands-on caregiver with several years of experience supporting children of all personalities and needs. Before transitioning completely into childcare, I worked in both medical and behavioral settings, including time as a Registered Behavior Technician providing one-on-one therapy for children on the spectrum. That experience taught me how to stay grounded and compassionate - even in high-energy or emotionally charged moments. I'm comfortable supporting kids who may express frustration through physical or verbal behaviors, and I always approach those moments with understanding and safety in mind. My goal is always to create a nurturing, structured environment where children feel seen, capable, and safe to be themselves - whether that's during routines, learning moments, or just a fun, creative afternoon together :)
