I am certified and trained as a Kundalini instructor. This is the raj or the king of all yoga. All other yogas fall under as this is the most ancient and where all the newer traditions come from. So needless to say, going to teacher training was like going through boot camp but I made it through on the other side shining bright. It turned my life upside down and all around but for the better... into divine alignment with a connection to my beloved soul. Now, I am able to love everything and everybody wherever I go and help them to do the same!!! This is the best feeling in all the world and is a great reason to wake up everyday and know it is a good morning and day!
