I love being able to support families of children and adults with special needs. Within my teaching experience I have worked with hundreds of students that require various accommodations and have done my best to create a welcoming classroom environment to meet everyone's needs. In addition to my six years of teaching I have been a PCA for several families of young adults on the spectrum. Prior to my professional career I involved myself heavily in college with organizations such as the Spectrum Project and Shine On (inclusive arts based learning opportunities) and helped design activities for visitors from Northstar. I am passionate about treating people with dignity and respect, and love to help find the areas where they shine. I am happy to help support in introducing routines and procedures.

Audrey cares for our son with special needs and does a wonderful job. She is very patient and does a great job with a guy that's not always open to doing things. She takes him out to do activities in the community, does art projects with him, encourages him to do his chores, etc. She is very kind and even puts up with our dog! Love her!
