About Audrey

I'd describe myself as nurturing, creative, and intuitive. I like working with kids because of their curiosity as they're discovering themselves and the world around them. It's an honor and a joy to support them in this! I am looking for a job that feels like a good fit and works with my energy & transportation limitations (I don't drive for health reasons-- I can walk or arrange rides). In my spare time, I make jewelry and art, I knit, and I spend time outside. I am an astrologer. I am active in my church, a non-profit educational theater, and other community groups. I am a percussionist and dancer, and I have taught pre-k theater classes too. One thing you should know about me is while I encourage the boundlessness of imagination, play, and creativity, I teach kids about respecting boundaries and communicating about them. My skills include making space for exploring feelings, guiding kids in imaginary play and arts and crafts, and making kids feel special and heard.
