I hired at age 16 to provide weekend care for my autistic son from ages 3–6. Over 3 years, she consistently showed maturity, reliability, and genuine compassion well beyond her years. She learned his routines, triggers, and communication style quickly and adapted as he grew. She handled meltdowns calmly, celebrated small wins with him, and communicated with me about every detail. She was never late, always prepared, and treated my son with dignity and respect. We consider her family. The only reason our arrangement ended is because we moved out of town. I recommend her without reservation for any childcare, special needs, or support role.
