About Aubrey

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. With a college degree and one year of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Test Preparation, and Art for elementary through high school students. I foster a love for learning by building confidence rather than relying on rote memorization. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach using visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities. I keep you motivated by celebrating small successes and encouraging critical thinking. I believe clear, consistent communication with families is essential to building a collaborative environment. I am happy to travel to your home for sessions and am comfortable working alongside your pets. Nothing brings me more joy than watching you achieve your academic goals and seeing your excitement grow as you master a challenging concept.
