Building a genuine connection with care recipients starts with understanding their preferences and personal history. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I have some college experience and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. My services include errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
