As someone who once had my own cleaning business and has since become a nurse, my standards for cleaning are quite high. Astrid has completed exceeded our expectations! She came on time to clean our home and brought all of her own cleaning supplies. When we returned home after errands our house was sparkling and smelled amazing! We have Astrid clean our house once a week. She does an excellent job! Astrid is thorough, efficient and shows care when cleaning fragile objects. In addition to cleaning, she also helps with laundry and ironing. In these tasks too, Astrid shows great proficiency. She is receptive to my feedback, shows pride in her work and is open to taking on new tasks. Interpersonally, she is wonderful: energetic, friendly, and incredibly patient with our two (sometimes muddy) dogs. Initially I was concerned that I would have difficulty communicating with Astrid because my Spanish and her English are both fairly limited. However, we seem to manage just fine. It may take a little more energy to explain something, but Astrid is quick to comprehend and always remembers what I've said. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of her work and would highly recommend her to others.
