About Astrid

Hi! I'm Astrid, a caring, patient, and dependable childcare provider with experience caring for infants, toddlers, twins, and multiple children at once. I've cared for babies as young as newborns, including babies with colic, and children at different developmental stages. I'm especially interested in overnight childcare and enjoy creating a calm, safe environment where children can feel comfortable while parents get the rest they need. I'm experienced with bedtime routines, bottle feeding, diapering, soothing, nighttime wake-ups, and maintaining consistent routines. My healthcare background has given me experience with children's medications, safety, and recognizing when a child may need extra attention. I have current CPR and CPI training as well. I also love incorporating music, dancing, crafts, and age-appropriate play. I take childcare seriously and strive to give parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are in caring, capable hands.
