Astrid is a loving, gentle, and experienced care-taker. She took care of our daughter for over a year, since she was 5 months old. Beyond "checking the boxes" of being CPR certified, vaccinated, and able to drive, what I most appreciated about Astrid is her patience. Through the many months with our daughter and all of her changing needs, Astrid remained calm and followed her lead on what she was ready to do or interested in. This gave me a sense of peace and showed how much Astrid cared for our daughter. It also allowed our daughter to grow and learn at her own pace. Astrid is a true gift and I recommend her to any family!
