I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) mother of two older daughters. I have been a companion for senior women for 5 non-consecutive years providing a helping hand with their every need. I have provided basic care including showering, dressing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, exercising, organizing, laundry, conversing, doing errands, shopping and light housekeeping.
