We would have loved to meet Aspen, she seemed nice. We set up an interview with her last year, and she confirmed less than an hour before, but no-showed, and never responded to our inquiries. She applied again this year, and similar story, set up a day, but never confirmed the day of, and didn't show up, and never responded to our text messages. There won't be a third chance, unfortunately. It wasted an opportunity to interview someone who would have loved the chance.
