About Aspen

Making a positive impact on children's lives is a passion of mine. Previous babysitting and educational roles have solidified my desire to take up nannying and baby-sitting. I have a college degree from NYU in filmmaking, where I specialized in the research of children's media, and one year of childcare experience with children ages 6 and older. I've taught kids throughout my life, starting while in a high school teaching children of all ages about women's history and most recently at a summer camp (SOCAPA) about the fundamentals of filmmaking. My friendly and approachable personality helps me connect with kids through board games, puzzles, and art & media. I am comfortable caring for two children at a time. I provide regular updates via text or phone call and follow the parents' lead regarding household rules and communication preferences. I aim to create a caring, safe, and fun environment for your children!
