Hi! My name is Aspen, and I'm a 26-year-old childcare professional with over five years of hands-on experience supporting children of all ages. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel supported. I've worked with a wide range of families and care settings, including two years of experience specifically supporting children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In addition, my background in foster care has given me valuable insight into providing compassionate, trauma-informed support and building trust with children from diverse backgrounds.
