I initially reached out to Asli regarding her interest in our position and noticed she already had a concerning review on her profile. Wanting to be fair, I grave her the opportunity to explain the situation and provide clarification. Unfortunately, she never responded to my messages. Clear communication and accountability are extremely important in childcare, and failing to follow up raised serious concerns about reliability and professionalism. For these reasons, I would not recommend her.
