I have 2 boys ( 2 years and 9 months), and from very beginning she made them feel comfortable and safe. They love spending time with her - and honestly they don’t even cry when she is around (which every parent knows is huge) She is incredibly sweet,patient and kind. Ashley always shows up with a smile and such a calming,positive energy. What I appreciate most is how thoughtful she is - she regularly checks in, and asks how else she can help. We are lucky to have her. I recommend hiring her.
