My journey into postpartum care began after the birth of my five children when I realized the positive impact that compassionate support and guidance can have on a family's adjustment to life with a new baby. Over the years, I've come across families that do not have adequate access to help and/or information. I felt the calling to walk alongside those mothers and families to help navigate the postpartum period coming from a place of inclusivity and trauma-informed care. I have over a decade of experience supporting new families during the early weeks and months after childbirth. I am dedicated to nurturing both the emotional and physical well-being of mothers, partners, and newborns. For the past 5 years, I have focused exclusively on the postpartum period, working with families to navigate the fourth trimester.

As our postpartum doula, Asia has been an absolute lifeline since our first night home. I underestimated how difficult the fourth trimester would be through recovery and navigating as a new parent. In addition to caring for our little one, Asia was able to provide all the support we needed from checking on my recovery to proving insight into breastfeeding, baby wearing, and baby care. We quickly decided we wanted to extend her time with us and our relationship has transitioned as we have grown as parents. She now helps with advising on our schedule with the baby and through my transition to an exclusive pumper. The small tasks she completes around the house while the baby is sleeping help so much more than it seems. Beyond her expertise, our little one clearly adores her, and we consider her a cherished member of our family. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly exceptional postpartum support.
