As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am well-versed in providing transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. I also have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls. Building trust is essential to me when connecting with care recipients.
