I am a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with several years of hands-on experience supporting children from infancy through early childhood. I began my career working at the daycare, where I primarily cared for infants and toddlers, focusing on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. After graduating, I returned to the Rochester area and continued my work in childcare as a Lead Teacher for several years. In this role, I was responsible for planning age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families. While I have since gained professional experience in a Human Resources setting, my passion for childcare remains strong. I am currently seeking a recurring part-time babysitting or nannying position, with availability in the evenings during weekdays and select weekend days. I bring patience, reliability, and a genuine love for helping children learn and grow.
