About Ashly

Hi, I'm Ashly! Caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life and work. I have experience volunteering with kids at NPH in the Dominican Republic, supporting children and families through a nonprofit in Huánuco, Peru, and working in hospitality where patience, communication, and responsibility were essential. I enjoy creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that help children learn, explore, and have fun in a safe environment. I'm attentive to each child's needs, whether helping with homework, providing emotional support, or keeping routines on track. I like working with kids because they bring joy, curiosity, and creativity to every day. Watching them learn, discover their strengths, and grow into confident individuals is incredibly rewarding. I'm seeking a role where I can use my experience to care for and support children, working with a family that values clear communication, reliability, and respect.
