About Ashlyn

I like working with kids because there is always something new to learn. Children are able to view the world with a different perspective. As a result, I have worked hard to find ways to connect that to their development. I started working with kids when I was only 9 years old. I spent most of my life learning how to guide and improve a child's development. Through my work I have received a degree in education and became a youth development professional. I have also traveled the world as a nanny and English tutor. In my spare time, I like to be very active. I am a very energetic person. So, I like to go for runs and hikes when the weather is nice. However, I also love to read and do anything the involves cooking/baking. I love learning, so I push myself to learn something new each month. One thing you should know about me is I am very organized. I also prioritize all forms of health and safety. My skills include patience, understanding, and engaging activities.
